ABBYY FineReader Sprint 6.0 is an application of powerful
optical character recognition (OCR) software that allows you to convert
paper documents and image files into fully editable text documents. It
handles the recognition process automatically, but you can also define
areas of text, graphics and tabular formatting.
This incredible program carries out this operation in a fast and
accurate manner, with columns of text, tables and graphic images all
being handled properly and with only a few mis-recognized characters.
The supported output formats are the usual RTF, DOC (Microsoft Word),
XLS, HTML and PDF. What is more, the program lets you extract text from
within PDF documents and export it as processed text, and also to print
documents directly from within the program. In addition to this, the

one of the main things you are looking for in a photo editor is simple and easy-to-use interface, it looks like a nice thing.

Still, if one of the primary things you are looking for in a photo
editor is simple and easy-to-use interface, Photoscape looks like a nice
thing for this purpose. The program will let you adjust the brightness,
contrast and sharpness levels in a rather easy way as well as choose
from more than a hundred of frames and apply various filters.
Some of the filters are standard: Newsprint, Cellophane, Embossing, Crystalize or Blur. But there is a number of effects that may seem rather uncommon: Reflection will allow you to add a reflection of the image in various colors, Region will highlight a spot in the photo and let you apply a chosen effect in the selected area and Fake Tilt Shift will leave a horizontal strip in your image stay in focus and blur the area left.
Photoscape’s cropping tool is just great as it allows either to select the area you want to crop or to choose the size, aspect ratio or the shape of the cropped area and then to adjust it the way you want. Picasa is a nice application designed to simplify the way you manage
photos on your computer. With this tool, you can easily view, edit and
organize your pictures however you like. Picasa has been recently
updated and a variety of editing effects have been offered. Making use
of this particular program, you're still likely to enjoy Basic Fixes
options. Among them, you'll see such functions like cropping, editing
in Picnik and retouching. The special mention is related to Sliders in
the Tuning tab that assist you in changing colors and shades in your

It
was 1990 when Thomas Knoll was working on a program to display
grayscale images. This program was called "Display", and was destined to
become the well-known Photoshop, whose market grew rapidly in the 90s
thanks to the invention of the digital camera.Nowadays, Photoshop allows you to do whatever you want - you just need to know the appropriate techniques and apply some imagination.
Photoshop CS5 has an easy-to-understand and familiar interface. It has the same distribution it had in CS4 but with some improvements. For example, there is a new Mini Bridge, which though it does not have all the functionality you get out of Bridge, at least now you will not need to leave Photoshop to use it.
In the digital world, we call anything that performs some processing “a filter”, and Photoshop has a lot of them for easy access and use. There are filters for enhancing, distorting, deforming, adding light or darkness, creating a texture, rendering, and more. By applying one or more of these filters you can get better pictures or very “unreal” objects - you can have fun just finding out what each filter does. A nice one in this version is the automatic correction lens, useful to eliminate the distortion found in some pictures.
Photoshop is great for photographers, because it helps a lot with postproduction with all its restoring and enhancing tools. We all have these pictures with unwanted people, objects, or with stains - now it is incredibly easy to take them away with the new automated tools. Before CS5, it was difficult to select curly fur or hair, but now complex selections are made easy.
Graphic designers have always seen Photoshop as their favorite tool. Many people draw comics or graphic novels, or make conceptual designs employing Photoshop. There are also new tools for this people - for example, the extraordinary new paint effects, an improved HDR imaging for amazing results, or the efficient workflow that allows us to work with different layers at the same time. All of this gives a great boost to graphic designers’ productivity rate.
If you want more, you can extent Photoshop possibilities by adding plug-ins. As Photoshop has become a standard, its API plug-in is a standard as well. There are lots of plug-ins that work with any editor, and the great majority of them are used to add an effect to an image. You can get some from Adobe itself, either free or by purchase, and there are many more developed by third parties.
Photoshop is really a good software application, but it also has some deficiencies. For example, I have always found Photoshop to be a somehow slow runner - it is as if Adobe never optimizes their products. The 3D interface was a bit confusing to me and also a bit slow, even with the OpenGL and GPU acceleration, 1.5 GB are not enough for Photoshop. It demands at least two, and I got quite a few "Not enough RAM" messages. Programs such as "Maya" and "3D Studio" from Autodesk can show tons of verticals, textures, and light sources in the same machine, while Photoshop has problems displaying simpler objects - that means that something is wrong.
Photoshop has made a great impact in our culture, since people say that an image is a "Photoshopped image" when modified with this program. As soon as you start using it, you immediately feel comfortable with its environment, its tools and filters, and you understand why Photoshop has had such a great impact. When one thinks about editing images, Photoshop is the first option that comes to mind - it is indeed the best product from Adobe.

The KMPlayer is a multimedia player that has multiple advanced features
and supports a wide range of formats. I was particularly impressed by
its tolerance to file errors when it allowed me to play partially
downloaded videos without ever showing an error message.
It just skipped the missing part and continued playing as though nothing
had happened. The same will happen if you try to play damaged video
files.
Installing The KMPlayer is not free from troubles. First, the installer will ask the user to make decisions related to the use of internal or external codecs and the like, but worse than that, some of these options are badly explained and use obscure terminology. After all, this is a media player intended for the standard user, so it is expected that the setup wizard should be as intuitive as possible. You should also beware of those options that install unwanted browser toolbars or change your default search engine and home page.

The KMPlayer’s interface looks absolutely great. It has the same
touch-friendly style found in Windows 8 and Windows Media Center, with a
nice use of transparency and animations. However, this approach
contrasts with the extremely small playback buttons. Unfortunately, I
did not find this interface easy to navigate, and sometimes I just got
lost and found no way to get back to the previous screen. As in Windows
Media Player, multiple options are available via right-clicking anywhere
on the interface. Thus, you can manage subtitles, access the playlist
or configure 3D controls. Besides, you can extract audio or video, and
take snapshots of the desired frames. With so many options, one could
expect comprehensive help documentation. Well, there is none. Instead,
the Help button takes you to an online forum. Multiple languages and
skins allow you to customize the interface.
